Inspection&Expediting

As GENSIS, we provide technical inspection and periodical control services on behalf of “Authorised Inspection Bodies”, with our expert technical specialists at all stages of product and equipment purchase, production, packaging, shipment, management and maintenance.

Procurement Inspections:

Equipment producer pre-qualification surveillance, manufacturing, function tests of purchased equipment and shipment surveillance, and other relevant inspections requested by the purchaser. 

Site Supervision Inspections:

Supervision services on behalf of the Site owner or EPC company. The service covers the provision of surveillance of superstructure construction, mechanical and electrical assembly, welded manufacturing activities, verification of site testing with a multidisciplinary project team. 

Exportation Inspections:

Inspection services during exporting of goods to target countries. Providing reports & certificates in accordance with the conditions and standards laid out by the country of export, before shipment.

Loading and Unloading Inspections:

Inspection services during loading of purchased goods before shipment and during the unloading in target destination after shipment.

Expediting:

Periodical checks executed by experienced experts of the compliance of production planning with the contracted delivery terms. Servicee covers establishing production meetings, program or critical path networks, engineering tracing, tracking and controlling the processes of tests, production, subcontractors, documents’ admission acceptance/approval.
